Getting There

Wine Heroes is located at the Cutaway - beneath the Barangaroo Reserve in Sydney. The best access to the Cutaway is to enter via Gate 7 (Nawi Cove), next to 25 Hickson Road, Barangaroo NSW 2000.

Public Transport

We recommend public transport to get to and from Wine Heroes. A bus or taxi can drop you right outside Gate 7. Trains and ferries are just a short walk from Barangaroo. For more information on public transport read below, and visit Transport NSW.

Sydney Trains

The best train station to get to Barangaroo is Wynwayd.

The new Wynyard Walk avoids the main city streets. From Wynyard Station, follow the signs to Exit 4 and take the Wynyard Walk tunnel. Exit at Napoleon Plaza then veer right past the Sussex Hotel then take the escalator down to street level and walk north along Hickson Road for 700m.

In total, this walk is approximately 1km and is fully accessible.

Sydney Buses

Three bus routes provide a direct bus to Barangaroo Reserve from Town Hall.

  • The 311 to and from Millers Point serves Hickson Road, also providing access to Barangaroo.
  • The 324 and 325 from Watsons Bay end at Walsh Bay, serving Barangaroo.

Barangaroo's Gate 7 (Nawi Cove) is located at bus stop 2000440.

Sydney Ferries The new Barangaroo South Ferry Hub is due to open in 2017.Until that is open, the ferry options to get to Barangaroo are services to Circular Quay or to Darling Harbour.
